Are you a prospective cross country athlete and/or track & field athlete? We will be hosting summer workouts throughout June, July, and August. Summer workouts will begin Monday, June 10. Summer workouts will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the summer. Workouts will be 6:30am-8am on Monday’s and Wednesdays and 8am-10am on Fridays. We will meet on the Stargate soccer field. These workouts are free and will be organized by Coach Miller.
