What do we do?
We meditate, have spa days, relax, drink tea, do emotional and physical exercises, yoga, and cleansing using crystals. It allows everyone to start the week off happy, healthy, and relaxed. Students can go to school with a clear mind and a full heart, practicing spirituality, health, self-love, and other wonderful feelings and habits. It is also extraordinarily helpful for raising morale and increasing focus amongst students.
